NP自主创业， 不是梦！
每个人心中都有梦想。梦想是美幻的，值得我们期待；梦想也是有力量的，赋予我们前行的动力。正因为有了梦想，人生才会变得精彩纷呈，趣味横生。
那么，请问您的职业梦想是什么？你为实现自己的职业梦想做了哪些努力？你是否清楚地知道如何去实现自己的职业梦想？
无论什么人，这世上有两件东西是抢不走的。一个是藏在心中的梦想，一个是读进大脑里的书。
如何让我们心中的梦想和读进大脑的书产生交集？如何让我们学到的专业知识和技能辅助实现心中的梦想？
忙碌于日常学习和工作的你， 有没有想过静下心来认真考虑自己的职业梦想呢？做为一个专业医护工作者，有没有想过用自己多年积累的工作经验和专业技能自主创业呢？
华盛顿州的Nurse Practitioner 有其他很多州不可相比的职业独立性和自主性。也就是说，华盛顿州的Nurse Practitioner可以独立practice,拥有自己的business.
自主创业，另辟蹊径。NP独立开业不仅是为自己创造独特的工作体验和机会，更重要的是拥有更多的自主权并运用专业医学知识和技能服务更多的人。
自主创业，服务病患。这也意味着我们可以通过个体工作方式去服务不同群体，从而通过我们的不懈努力去改善区域医疗环境，提高某些群体的健康水平。
自主创业也是自我意识的觉醒。这需要我们结合自己的资金状况，信息资源，专业技能，工作经验以及抗压抗风险能力等综合因素，不断寻找自己内心真正想要的，并积极地付诸于实践，服务更多人。

Owner of Seattle Geriatric Healthcare, PLLC (est. 2019);
Independent care provider serving the needs of residents in nursing facilities.
Her passion for serving the aging population spans her career, most recently with Optum/UnitedHealth Group in the Long-term Care Setting as both a Clinical Manager and Nurse Practitioner.
Volunteer at Providence Mount Saint Vincent Senior Community.
Prior to her work in the nursing home she worked part-time as a Nurse Practitioner for a private Internal Medicine Clinic in Everett, WA.
She received her Master of Science in Nursing at Seattle University and Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at University of California at Davis.
Outside of work, Ann stays busy with her husband and 2 daughters. She loves skiing and hiking.
